• Registration NO LATER than February 20, 2008

• Complete the Music Road Hotel Group Responsibility Waiver

• Complete the Housing Form/Rooming List

• MAIL your forms to Music Road - due by February 20th

• Room rate is $99.00 per room per night.  There are no occupancy taxes.  You must supply a tax exempt form  from your system/school to be exempt from sales taxes.

• You may cancel rooms no later than one week out.  After one week you must pay 1 night's lodging.

• Once room reservations have been received by Music Road, The HOTEL will assign rooms keeping chapter and advisors together on the same hall.  Advisor will be assigned deluxe rooms where available.

Hotel Features:

• Security cameras on each floor recording continuously.

• Key cards record entries and exits from rooms to track when people enter and leave the hotel rooms.

• Refrigerators and Microwaves in rooms.

• Swimming Pools Indoor and Outdoor, Lazy River.

• Complimentary Continental Breakfast each morning.

• Trolley service at hotel - 50 cents per ride, $1 to Gatlinburg.

• Music Road Hotel adjacent to Convention Center, Music Road Inn across two lane street from Convention Center.

These events have been eliminated due to lack of interest or lack of space at the 2008 facility.

TN TSA Competitions Regulations Committee:

Tennessee TSA is looking to form a state level CRC to model the National CRC.  We are looking for dedicated teachers to manage competitions at the state level each year.  As an event manager your responsibilities include -

• knowing the event guidelines.

• creating a written test and answer key if appropriate.

• administering the written test and grading the scantrons if appropriate.

• creating the practical/onsite portion of the competitive event.

• provide Tennessee TSA with a list of needed supplies and equipment to successfully run the competitive event.

• providing judges for the event when possible.

• coordinate the execution of the competitive event at state conference, or find a suitable coordinator to run the event in your place.
