The Tennessee TSA State Leadership Conference (SLC) is the showcase of engineering and technology. Quality career and technical education will be the centerpiece of the conference. Over 1,000 students, teachers, education leaders, and representatives business and industry will join together to engage, prepare and celebrate America’s future workforce. More information about this conference will be released in the coming months!

LODGING INFORMATION 
Room rates range up to TBD (plus applicable taxes). Because hotel selection is not guaranteed, it is recommended that each chapter submit TBD for district/school paperwork to ensure costs are covered at the highest rate. Once hotels are confirmed by Key Bookings, chapters can update district paperwork.

Hotel Booking link will be posted in the 2025 SLC Conference Guide and will open February 25 and close February 28, 2025. 

**For safety, security, liability, and cost-efficiency reasons, it is required that all conference attendees stay in the hotel blocks acquired by Tennessee TSA for the duration of the conference. Chapters or individuals opting to stay outside of the conference-designated hotel block will incur an additional non-conference hotel participant fee of $50 per registrant to cover lodging administrative costs. Chapters not adhering to these guidelines by either not staying within the approved conference hotel block or neglecting to add the non-hotel registration fee at registration will be removed from all conference activities including competitions.
