  • All TSA chapters must be affiliated with the National TSA Office.

FAQs

  • The membership program (CAP) should depend on the number of students you plan to affiliate.

    • For 10 or fewer student members, Red CAP is recommended.

    • For 11 or more student members, consider whether the White or Blue CAP best meets your chapter’s needs.

  • No, all membership programs provide the same amount of resources and opportunities.

  • Chapter advisors are eligible to join for the national dues of $10.

Tennessee TSA does not charge state dues for chapter advisors.

  • Your TSA membership dues directly support opportunities that enrich the student experience. A portion goes to the national office to provide leadership programs, competitive events, and resources for members. The rest stays in Tennessee to support regional and state conferences, leadership development, and chapter resources. By keeping registration costs low and investing in meaningful programming, dues ensure every member has access to the tools, training, and experiences needed to succeed in TSA and beyond.
